Just thought I'd show you my Halloween cake - It's an experimental marbled choc ganache orange cake!.. orange sponge cake layered with chocolate spread & mandarin curd, coated with Belgian Dark Chocolate Ganache & finished off with some experimental marbling with coloured white chocolate ganache! I think I'll call it my moody marble cake because of the dark colours!... Happy Halloween everyone!...
