Order & Dispatch Time
Our toppers are handmade to order & require production/drying time. We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 5 to 10 working days depending on the workload at the time the order is placed. For larger orders, it may take a little longer - we will advise our estimated dispatch date once payment has cleared. Advance orders can be placed for future dispatch of items on a specified date. Full payment is required to book advance orders.
Orders placed after 12 noon midday on Friday and at any time during the weekend may not be processed until the following working day. We do not normally post on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.
IF YOU ARE ORDERING FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION, PLEASE TRY TO ORDER IN PLENTY OF TIME! We will, however, always try and fulfil a short-notice order if it is possible.
Postage & Packing
We take every precaution to mininimise the risk of damage during transit. Our 3D items are individually wrapped with cling film & several layers of bubble wrap before being placed in a strong cardboard box surrounded by layers of polystyrene chips. The postal box is then sealed in a plastic mailing bag. We can’t of course absolutely guarantee that all the items will always arrive in perfect condition but breakages are very rare and we have successfully shipped to Los Angeles, Honolulu, Guadeloupe and Perth (Australia!) as well as across Europe and much closer to home.
In the UK we normally use Royal Mail 1st Class Post. For smaller-sized orders of moulded decorations, the package usually fits through a letterbox. 3D roses and larger orders come in a small postal box. Please ensure that the address details you provided as part of your order are accurate and up to date
For urgent UK orders, we suggest using the Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery Service which ensures delivery the next working day after dispatch. This is an option available on all listings.
All non-UK orders are normally dispatched via the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Payment of customs and import duties is the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is also responsible for ensuring the items purchased can be legally imported into that country - but we don't think there is anything illegal about our sugar paste decorations!
For urgent non-UK orders, please enquire for details of the UPS Express International Courier Service.
According to Royal Mail guidelines, the goods are normally received within the following time frames, though this is subject to change according to varying local & current conditions:
UK - within 2 working days.
Europe - 5- 7 working days.
USA - 7 - 16 working days.
Occasionally, for reasons beyond our control such as weather or postal strikes, delays may occur. Please report to us non-delivery of items within a maximum time limit of 30 days.
We cannot be held responsible for late or non-delivery of goods due to any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising from late delivery or after delivery has been made.
