Shade & Size

This listing features Pink Sparkle-Tip Wired Roses in the shade Rose (Light). Additional Sparkle-Tip finishes are also available, including Rose Gold & Diamond White
.
These special-finish flowers are produced using an edible sparkle dust hand-applied on the tips & edges of all the individual petals creating a beautiful shimmering effect.

The Wired Roses are available in Large & XLarge+/Super sizes & sold in Sets of 3 & 6 as well as in single sample format.
A Mixed Wired Combination Set of 6 comprising 3 Large Roses & 3 XLarge+/Super Roses is also available.

The Rose sizes are as follows:
Large Rose (60mm/2.4" diameter/ 38mm/1.5" height/ 16 petals)
XLarge+/Super Rose (80mm/3.2" diameter/ 42mm/1.7" height/ 21 petals

The Large Roses have standard-size 30mm petals, making them suitable for Small to Medium-sized celebration cakes whilst the XLarge+ (Super) Roses have larger-size 33mm diameter petals, making them more suitable for Medium to Large Cakes.

Each rose is individually sculptured by hand with a very large number of separate petals, each carefully created & contoured to create a very realistic, lifelike rose.

Although the roses are themselves made from edible flower paste, they each contain a polystyrene cone centre & wire and are therefore intended for cake decorating purposes only. They should be removed from the cake before it is eaten.

The wire length from the base of the rose is approximately 8-9 cms (3.5"). Should you require a longer length of wire, please let me know.

On this listing, the wired roses are normally supplied on a white wire with the calyx at the bottom of the rose in the same colour as the rose. Should you require a green wire, please let me know.

WIRED ITEMS SHOULD NEVER BE INSERTED DIRECTLY INTO THE CAKE. It is recommended that a small posy pick be inserted into the cake first to hold the wires. Alternatively, the product called SAFETY SEAL by Ingenious Edibles can be used to coat the wire with a sealant before inserting it directly into the cake.

Colour

As all my colours are hand-mixed and/or sprayed, they may differ slightly from those shown. For airbrushed sugar flowers, natural slight variations in colour might also occur due to the process of laying airbrush colour. Equally, please by aware that the same shade may display differently on different monitors.
