This listing features a Set of 3 White Wired Medium 3D Roses. The Wired Roses can be purchased with or without a Set of 3 Wired Leaves.
(Should extra Sets of Wired Leaves be required, these can be purchased through the separate Wired Leaves listing.)
The measurements are as follows:
Medium 3D Rose:
50mm/2" diameter, 35mm/1.4" height, 11 petals. The wire length from the base of the rose is approximately 8-9 cms (3.5").
Wired Rose Leaves:
Each stem features 3 Wired Leaves individually measuring 30mm x 20mm. The final stem length is approximately 15 cms (6") measuring from the highest point of the top leaf to the bottom of the stem.
Each rose is individually sculptured by hand with a very large number of separate petals, each carefully created & contoured to create a very realistic, lifelike rose.
On this listing, the items can be supplied with a white or green wire. Normally, wired roses on a white wire are supplied with the calyx at the bottom of the rose in the same colour as the rose, whilst roses on a a green wire are supplied with a green calyx. Should you want an alternative combination (eg green-calyx roses on a white wire) please let me know.
The wired green leaves are normally supplied in the Spruce Green (Mid) shade - should you require a lighter green or darker green leaf shade, please let me know.
Although the wired roses & wired leaves are made from edible flower paste, they each contain a wire and are therefore intended for cake decorating purposes only. They should be removed from the cake before it is eaten.
WIRED ITEMS SHOULD NEVER BE INSERTED DIRECTLY INTO THE CAKE. It is recommended that a small posy pick be inserted into the cake first to hold the wires. Alternatively, the product called SAFETY SEAL by Ingenious Edibles can be used to coat the wire with a sealant before inserting it directly into the cake.
Colour
As all my colours are hand-mixed and sprayed, they may differ slightly from those shown, They may also show slight natural variations in colour due to the process of laying airbrush colour (as opposed to using colouring paste as one solid block of colour). Equally, please by aware that the same shade may display differently on different monitors.
All non-pearl shades are finished with a slight satin protective sheen.
